Join Emily for a beautifully nurturing 90-minute session that combines the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga with the inner journeying of Somatic Dreaming—a class designed to soothe your nervous system, unlock held tension, and guide you back to yourself. ✨ What is Yin Yoga? A slow, floor-based practice where poses are held for longer periods, Yin targets the deeper connective tissues of the body—inviting stillness, release, and introspection. It’s a gentle yet powerful way to create space in both the body and the mind. ✨ What is Somatic Dreaming? Inspired by Yoga Nidra, Somatic Dreaming is a guided practice that taps into the body’s innate wisdom and the subconscious mind through visualisation, imagination, and deep rest. Think of it as a waking dream—a place where your body can heal and your mind can wander freely. In a world that constantly asks you to do more, this class is your invitation to simply be—to rest, to listen, and to reconnect. Through long-held supported poses, breathwork, and dreamy inner landscapes, you’ll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and deeply restored. Arriving late disrupts fellow attendees and adds unnecessary stress for our teachers. Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts to settle in and address any concerns with the teacher if needed. This class is scheduled outside of Coffee House opening hours and the door will be locked 5 minutes before the start time to ensure a prompt start. If you arrive late, please refrain from knocking on the door or windows. Contacting us via phone, text, or email will not result in a refund or credit. Let's respect our teachers and fellow attendees by arriving a few minutes early to class. 🙏 ❌ CANCELLATIONS - If you need to cancel your class, please do so at least 48 hours before the start time to receive credit back onto your account. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time cannot be credited, carried over, or refunded. This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package, using a membership or by card. If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle, pass or membership used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Sass Wellbeing Studio & Coffee House. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds.
