A feminine yoga practice to meet you exactly where you are. This women-only practice is an invitation to reconnect with your cyclical nature through slow, flowing, embodied movement, breath awareness, and deep rest. Rooted in the wisdom of the feminine and inspired by the seasons—inner and outer—this class honours the rhythms that shape our lives. As women, we are inherently cyclical beings. Guided by the moon, the shifting seasons, the ebb and flow of our monthly cycles, and the powerful transitions of menarche, menstruation, perimenopause and menopause. Within these cycles lie deep sources of creativity, insight, and strength—if only we pause to listen. Much of modern yoga follows a linear, often masculine blueprint. But our bodies ask for something different: movement that is intuitive, receptive, nurturing and alive. A practice that embraces softness and strength, stillness and expression. In this class, we will: • Move through fluid, strength-building, feminine sequences • Cultivate breath as an anchor to the present moment • Honour our unique emotional and energetic landscapes • Explore rest as a radical, healing act • Connect with other women in a shared space of exploration and support This is a space to come home to yourself, to honour your rhythm, and to move and rest in ways that feel deeply nourishing. You don’t need to be in a specific phase of life or have any prior yoga experience—only a willingness to show up, just as you are. “At menarche a young woman enters her power. LATE ATTENDANCE - please do not be late for classes. When you are late, you disrupt the attendees that have arrived on time and it causes unnecessary stress for the teacher. If you are late for class, do not bang on the door/any windows, telephone, text or email as we cannot help you and you will not receive a refund/credit. Out of respect of your teacher and your fellow attendees, please arrive a few minutes early to your class. CANCELLATIONS - if you need to cancel your class for any reason, you can do this 24 hours before the class start time and the credit will be added back on to your account. Classes cancelled within 24 hours of the class start time will not be credited, carried over or refunded. We are a small business, supporting self-employed teachers - we appreciate you understanding with our cancellation policy. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class start time to settle in and speak to the Teacher if required. If this class takes place outside of Coffee House opening hours, the door will be locked 5 minutes before the class start time to ensure a prompt start. If you are late for class, you will not be able to access the Studio and refunds or carrying the class over will not be possible.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package, using a membership or by card. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle, pass or membership used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Sass Wellbeing Studio & Coffee House. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds.
