Join Kate and Mabel for a transformative morning dedicated to your gut, your health, and your whole being. In this unique workshop, we’re bringing together two powerful sisters in Eastern medicine—Yoga and Ayurveda—to help you reset, restore and reclaim your vitality from the inside out. Kate will guide a deeply nourishing 75-minute movement session, incorporating somatic practices, breathwork, and meditation. Designed to calm your nervous system and improve digestive function, this class invites you to move intuitively, connect to your breath, and leave feeling light, grounded and energised. Then, you'll experience an insightful session led by Ayurvedic Practitioner Mabel, exploring how gut health underpins everything from mood and immunity to hormonal balance and energy. Using ancient diagnostic tools (like tongue and stool analysis), she’ll help you understand your individual digestive imbalances and how to begin healing them using simple, seasonal Ayurvedic principles. Included in the ticket price: A 3-Day Ayurvedic Gut Cleanse with full guidance and recipes to help reset your digestion, reduce bloating, improve sleep and curb cravings. Perfect to kickstart longer-term health and vitality! If a class is scheduled outside of Coffee House opening hours, the door will be locked 5 minutes before the start time to ensure a prompt start. If you arrive late, please refrain from knocking on the door or windows. Contacting us via phone, text, or email will not result in a refund or credit. CANCELLATIONS: Specialist workshops and courses carry a separate cancellation policy - please read before booking your place: ~ More than 14 days notice – a full refund minus 5% admission fee charges ~ 7 – 14 days notice - a refund can be issued minus 10% administration fees charges - or transfer to another workshop that has spaces ~ Less than 7 days notice - a refund, minus administration fee charges of the above can only be given if we have a waiting list and someone can take your place at short notice. Or send along a lucky friend in your place, just let us know of the name change. (They should pay you the full workshop fee.) ~ Less than 24 hours notice – no refund, and we are unable to transfer you onto another workshop.
