We are super excited to collaborate with Maia Community for this Sound Healing and Restorative Yoga session. Delve into a deep state of relaxation and stillness as this session connects the power of yoga with the vibrations of live sound healing and vocals on top! Journey through the sounds of Genevieve Joy’s live vocals, soft guitar, crystal singing bowls and more, whilst Leanne guides you through some gentle, restorative yoga poses to ease any stress and tension in the body and mind. Expect a unique experience that will leave you feeling relaxed, nourished and peaceful; ultimately creating a space where you feel safe, a place you can rest and relax. Carve out the time for you to look inward, to connect to your inner self, to re-fill your cup. Nurturing mind, body and spirit. No experience in yoga necessary, this session is open to everybody. This class is limited to a lower number than our usual classes, so book early to avoid disappointment. LATE ATTENDANCE - please do not be late for classes. When you are late, you disrupt the attendees that have arrived and on time and it causes unnecessary stress for the teacher. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class start time to settle in and speak to the Teacher if required. If this class takes place outside of Coffee House opening hours, the door will be locked 5 minutes before the class start time to ensure a prompt start. If you are late for class, do not bang on the door/any windows, telephone, text or email as we cannot help you and you will not receive a refund/credit. Out of respect of your teacher and your fellow attendees, please arrive a few minutes early to your class.
