Candlelight Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Join Emily for an hour and a half of absolute bliss. Wear your comfy clothes and escape the outside world for a little bit. Yin is an integrative practice that combines observation, sensation and stillness. Positions are held for 3-5 minutes in a passive way. The weight of the body and the force of gravity do all the work. With each exhale there is the potential to do less, to let go, to relax into the shape. Yoga Nidra is also known as yogic sleep. A guided relaxation where we’re all tucked up in our blankets and supported by props and a heated eye mask, while I guide you to a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep. This is for you if you’re looking to carve out time for yourself and support your sleep. A restorative, blissful practice to calm your nervous system and promote overall wellbeing.

Cancellation policy

CANCELLATIONS: Specialist workshops and courses carry a separate cancellation policy - please read before booking your place: A refund, minus administration fee charges (10%) of the above can only be given if we have a waiting list and someone can take your place at short notice. Or send along a lucky friend in your place, just let us know of the name change. (They should pay you the full workshop fee.)
