We will be breaking down the elements of smooth roll downs to avoid thudding our bones down to the floor. Finding the right muscle activations and movement rhythms to help us become smooth andcontrolled. We will be breaking steps down to their smallest counter-parts to build the road map of where our bodyneeds to go, what it needs to do and how to commit. This workshop is all about building coordination andbody awareness for the Fishflop.We will use a variety of shoulder roll techniques & pole assisted Fishflops to get our body used to thismovement with clarity & control. Level: upper beginner + and beyond. Prerequisite: shoulder rolls, rollovers, plough position. Shoulderstand experience can be useful.
