About
This 2-hour workshop is an opportunity to focus on traditional yoga postures in detail, body alignment, muscle engagement and to help us understand what we do and why. It’s a really great opportunity for beginners but also for advanced practitioners to check in with their technique and take the tips learnt during the workshop with them on their Mat and throughout their yoga journey. Once we have gone through the ‘core’ postures and transitions in depth we will put everything together in a yoga flow at the end of the session to practice what we have learned. Handouts will be given with in-depth information on the Sanskrit meaning of the postures & information to take home so please feel free to bring a pen to make notes.
