Do you experience fatigue or other chronic conditions on an ongoing basis as part of your life? Would you like to move more but feel nervous of joining a regular class in case you can’t keep up? Are you curious to try a different approach? Join Rosalind as she brings her years of experience moving with fatigue into supporting movement and rest in her classes. The aim of this class is to support you to know and be better in your body, finding more ease and comfort in movement, whatever the physical, emotional weather. This is a trauma and resilience-informed class with an emphasis on movement and rest to calm your nervous system; to enable you to move better, grow more, love and be yourself. Come as you are, however you feel today. Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package or by card. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session.
