October is ADHD Awareness Month, and this session is especially close to my heart. Earlier this year, I was diagnosed with ADHD and Autism at the age of 54. MELT played a big part in giving me the space, calm, and clarity to finally seek that diagnosis after years of feeling I didn’t quite fit in. In this taster, I’ll share how MELT can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and ease feelings of overwhelm. By rehydrating connective tissue and quieting the body’s stress response, MELT creates a sense of balance that supports both body and mind. This session is for anyone who wants to explore how MELT can be a simple but powerful tool to support mental health, whether you’re living with ADHD, Autism, anxiety, or just the everyday stresses of life.
