An opportunity for new mums to come and have a chat about Mum & Baby postnatal exercise classes with Circuit Fix and meet other mums over a hot drink and mince pie. This welcome session will take place immediately after the trial session (10:00 - 10:45) but is open to all who have booked. The morning is free for new mums wanting to come and see what these classes are about. There is no cost for refreshments available but the session will be run in support of FACES – a local charity who provide support to families facing difficulty, which is especially hard during this time.
