Get ready for Summer with a "pop-up" Belly-Lates session led by Helen. This session is created for bellydancers and includes mobility, flexibility and core strength as well as bellydance technique. We end the class with a restorative cool down and relaxation. Please bring a yoga/exercise mat if you have one. I have a spare if you need to borrow one (just let me know in advance!) Thursday 1st May 8.00-9.00pm Kendrick School dance studio. This class is primarily open to those registered for the Summer term with SMBA. £9.50
