Kym and Lizzy from Rebel Birthing are teaming up to offer a unique workshop for ‘mums to be’. This workshop will focus on physically and mentally preparing the mind and body for labour and birth. Kym will guide you through a gentle prenatal yoga flow exploring moves to support the body, keep it mobile and strong. Lizzy will then deliver and introduction to hypnobirthing focusing on breath work, guided relaxations, body scanning, visualisations and affirmations. We will finish the workshop with a little treat, hot drink and chance to ask as many questions as you like. You can join this workshop from 14 - 40 weeks, mats and props are provided and no experience is needed in yoga or hypnobirthing to be able to join.
