You asked, we listened ... this is a special session for students of other aerial equipment to try out trapeze at a level suitable for them, If you have been aerialing for a little while, this is suitable for you, If you are an intermediate hooper - this is also for you, and everyone in-between! You will have the opportunity to throw some shapes on the ropes and bar that make up this dynamic piece of aerial equipment! Static Trapeze is a great piece of aerial equipment combining a hard bar, like hoop, and movable ropes more similar to silks. You will explore mounting, moving about and poses that are photo worthy! SINGLE CLASS: Minimum payment = £12 Recommended Payment = £15 SIX CLASS Bundle: Minimum payment = £60 Recommended Payment £65 To use one of these first buy the bundle from the PACAKGES section of this booking site. You then need to book each individual class you wish to attend. When you get to the payment page it will offer you the bundle as a payment option. SUPPORTED BUNDLES are also available for students in a low income household. Sweet Circus is a Community Interest Company. This means that we are a non-profit organisation, and we strive to make our services as accessible as possible in all ways including financially. The minimum payment represents the minimum amount we need to cover the venue and instructors. We are reliant on donations to cover equipment, maintenance, inspections, and training. The recommended payment is the comparable average fee of similar classes, or services available locally. By paying this amount you can be assured that you are fully covering the cost of your space on a session. The supported bundles are available to certain groups, currently those in a low-income household. It is for you to self declare that you are eligible, you will not be challenged or asked for evidence but you must declare this on your participation form. Supported bundles are funded through cancellations, our pay it forward scheme, shop sales and donations. Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package or by card. If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Sweet Circus CIC. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds. Only persons booking individual classes or booking via bundles are eligible for refunds. You will only be refunded for a class cancellation if the cancellation is made two days prior to the class you were booked onto. Automatic refunds before this time will either add a credit back on to your bundle if that is how you paid or by adding a 1 class bundle to your Gymcatch account to be used within 1 month. If you need to have a class refunded in a different way you will need to get in touch with us and we will help you if we can. Pay it forward: If you cancel after the 2 day cut off your space will be offered to another person on our ‘pay it forward’ list, for those who would really benefit from one of our classes but are not in a financial position to do so, or used to help fund our supported bundles.
