Release and Restore Aerial Pilates Masterclass (Adult 16+)

About

Proactively take care of your body, moving it in all the right ways, whilst feeling scrummily wrapped in your own cocoon. This is the one class everyone should do, from those who haven't really being active for a while to advanced aerialists. It's Pilates - in the air - with your body weight supported so you can concentrate on engaging all the right muscles at the right time and work yourself into a relaxed state. This is a slightly longer class, with a focus on releasing tension, supported by the hammock - stretching and releasing all parts the body, followed by gentle active mobilisations to ensure the benefits persist after you float out the studio at the end of the session! One not to miss! With our wonderfully serene body geek, Sophie Minimum payment = £15 Recommended payment £18 If you haven't done so already, you must complete our participation form before attending: https://forms.gle/1pg58xRTV44cbGxd6 Sliding Scale Payments: Sweet Circus is a non-profit organisation, and we strive to make our services as accessible as possible.
