This Mummy Moves is a class dedicated to helping new mums regain their fitness post childbirth. Exercises will focus on the core, pelvic floor and strength to help your body heal post pregnancy. Even better still is that you can bring your little one with you and workout in comfort, safety and a judgement free environment. Plus if baby needs to be fed or changed mid class, no problem, there ae facilities on site to enable this, plus we are a breastfeeding friendly place. Just bring a mat and something comfy for baby to lie on.
