come along for a fabulous stretch and unwind during the festive season ...get cozy and immerse yourself into the ultimate relaxation - 60 minutes of yoga by candle light: a full body slow yoga focusing on slower transitions, low impact & more focused on seated/lying down postures using props and blankets (optional) with a focus on relaxation. followed by a warming cocoa drink with meditation hosted by the amazing Jessica May physic medium πβͺοΈ, to nourish the body & heal - and allow time to focus on yourself. There will also be herbal teas available if you do not want a coco drink ( it's a dairy free warm chocolate sweet drink) x
