A beautiful evening of relaxation and restoration! We will use deep relaxation techniques to transport you to a place deep inside your subconscious - where the stresses of everyday life will float away. This session will focus on releasing tension in both our body and mind to leave us in a space where EASE flows in. We'll use myofascial release and self massage to pinpoint key areas of tension, plus guided meditation, time for stillness, fun grounding and energy regulating techniques and of course, breathwork to leave you feeling relaxed and restored. Perfect to release tension, relieve stress and calm your mind in a friendly atmosphere. The infamous drinks trolley for refreshments (bring a cup) Equipment provided - please bring a blanket, warm socks, and your own reusable cup.
