Welcome to our Intermediate Reformer Pilates with Jump Board Fusion class, a 50-minute session combining traditional Reformer Pilates exercises with the dynamic intensity of the Jump Board. Tailored for those with experience of the reformer, this class offers a comprehensive workout targeting core strength, stability, and cardiovascular endurance. The integration of the Jump Board introduces a cardiovascular element, elevating heart rate and lower body strength through dynamic jumping exercises. Core activation remains a focal point throughout, enhancing stability and balance. Expect benefits such as improved cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package, using a membership or by card. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle, pass or membership used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to FLOW Reformer Studios and Mat Pilates. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your session to receive a credit back to your account.
