Give yourself a wonderful treat . . . book a day retreat in the heart of the New Forest hosted by Vee. This Spring Equinox day retreat will focus on relaxation, rest, rejuvenation and mindfulness. Pilates - A gentle but energising Pilates practice to connect mind, body & spirit. Yoga - A one hour Hatha Yoga flow session to help you relax and leave you feeling invigorated. - A Yin Yoga class designed to help with myofascial release, as well as releasing tension from the back, neck & shoulders. - Yoga Nidra to soothe and calm the nervous system. There will also be an amazing one hour sound bath brought to you by Tony - Kaira Sound Therapy. Wellness gifts for all attendees! A light lunch is included.
