This is a one hour class which is suitable for all levels and abilities. Beginner's are very welcome to join in, you do not need to be super flexible to join in, as long as you have a pair of lungs you can do yoga! I teach a combination of vinyasa flow, hatha, and yin yoga, which have many health benefits and include calming the nervous system, increasing range of motion and decreasing stress and anxiety. I shall look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to your next class! The class is held at The Studio, Hythe. There is plenty of free parking on the driveway, or opposite Gannet Close. Classes with Vee Cancellation Policy I believe in having a fair, clear, simple to understand cancellation policy to help avoid confusion and form clear boundaries. I understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel a class. Refunds for classes are not permitted. Transfers are allowed up to a maximum of 24 hours prior to the class commencing. If you cancel within 24 hours of the class commencing, transfers will not be permitted under any circumstances. This pass is only valid at The Studio, Hythe on a Monday evening.
