Bring all your friends to have the best Friday night clubbing without the hangover!! New songs, neon body paint, tattoos and glitter (optional), extra glow, extra fun and maybe an after class little treat! The class itself will be about 45-50 minutes with time either side for body paint and treats! A fun, full-body workout with an awesome soundtrack that gets great results and suits all fitness levels. Lower and higher options available, including no jumping. Glow sticks are provided. Please bring water, comfy trainers and clothes! PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE FLASHING LIGHTS. 16 years and over.
