Clubbercise is more than just a dance class - the cleverly integrated cardio, toning, combat and plyometric moves increase the fitness benefits and keep participants coming back for more. Classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and Clubbercise trademark reusable LED glow sticks to create a nightclub atmosphere Clubbercise offers proven results to participants, both for their physical and mental health. -What happens in a Clubbercise class? The routines are a mix of dance, toning and combat, they are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options to suit all fitness levels. It's all about fun, not about perfection. Take it to your level, keep it simple and enjoy the music. -Do I need to be a good dancer? Definitely not! Our routines combine dance, toning and combat moves, we deliberately make them easy-to-follow so you can relax and enjoy it rather than worrying about getting the steps wrong. -What should I wear/bring? No heels - LOL! Just trainers/sneakers and sportswear/fitness clothing… Neon is optional! And make sure you bring some water. Glow Sticks are available to purchase for £6.50 a pair. You can either bring along exact cash to the class or purchase from passes. Class cancellation policy: If you cannot attend the class a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given in order to transfer to another day. Strictly no refunds.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Workout With Kate. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds. Cancelled with more than 24 hours notice? Then you’ll either be gifted a class to use within 10 days, or if you have a bundle, you will have a credit returned to use within your expiry period.
