ZUMBA GOLD is a group exercise class designed for the active older adult or anyone who would like a low-intensity Zumba class. Once you have booked onto the Charity class Lisa will send you a link to donate to the St John's Hospice, Moggerhanger. Donations are set at £7 minimum per each class you book on and attend, but please feel free to choose a higher donation and don't forget to click on gift aid if you are a tax payer.
