Time to hop in the bath (the one without water in) as we dance to dnb at Moseley Road Baths! Come and join Emma in the emptied out gala pool to energise yourself on the hump day. There'll be warm ups to dance tunes, one of dnb's signature thirty minute mixes, followed by a cool down, tone and stretch. You don't need any equipment, just wear your gym kit or loose, comfortable clothing and trainers and bring some water with you. No experience necessary; just a willingness to get moving!
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package, using a membership or by card. If you cancel your booking more than 1 hour before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle, pass or membership used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session.
