I would like to invite you to join me for a Charity Pilates & Swimble class followed by tea & cake to raise money for Level Water. Myself and a few crazy ladies are participating in a 6km sea swim in July and will be doing it to raise money for Level Water. To help us with our fund raising, Longside Lake in Egham have kindly allowed us to use there lake bank to run a Pilates class. There is then the option to join me for a social swimmable or dip followed by cake afterwards. Please book your space through Gymcatch and donated via the Just Giving link I send you. We are recommending a minimum class fee of £10 put will of course be thrilled if you can stretch to more. About Level Water: Level Water unites and collaborates with teachers, families, fundraisers, pools, supporters, governing bodies – and children with disabilities. They give children with disabilities the opportunity to learn to swim. From physical development to social and emotional confidence, swimming is a vehicle to change their lives for the better. Their goal is to kickstart a love of swimming in children with disabilities. A love that acts as an example of everything that life can offer them, starting from that very first splash. They see a future where all children benefit from physical health that’s matched with a mindset of optimism and positivity, of going for it and seeing what’s possible in life. Starting with their specialist swimming lessons, they create opportunities for children with disabilities and their families. Level Water are agents of change, to ensure that all children have a great start in swimming and develop a lifetime of love for the water.
