Try this BRAND NEW format with me!!! CIRCL MOBILITY is a 30 min class where you will unlock your body's potential through flexibility, breathwork and mobility exercises. You'll release physical restrictions, restore your full range of motion and renew your core capabilities so you can move better for longer! You will need a mat, water and a towel. Wear trainers or bare feet, comfortable easy to move in clothing (gym wear) and a good Sports bra is also advisable!! *********************************** This virtual class will be held on Zoom. If you are using a mobile phone or tablet you will need to install the following app…Zoom Cloud Meetings. If using a laptop you don’t need to install anything. To get your link simply go to 'MY BOOKINGS' on the Gymcatch app and click on your class. OR go to the www.gymcatch.com Login in to your account & click on your class. To get the best experience possible on this livestream class get as close to your router as possible. Turn off any other devices that may be using wifi and for the best possible connection use an ethernet cable directly from your router to your laptop/desktop.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package or by card. If you cancel your booking before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Watermelon Dance & Zumba (Fitsteps, Broadway Boogie, Pound & Piyo). Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds.
