Meet the Teacher!
I'm Suzie, a Level 3 qualified Piilates Instructor and a 200hr Registered Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. I'm also a qualified Pre & Post Natal Instructor, I'm trained in Reformer Pilates and Barre, and I'm a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist.
You'll find me most days teaching classes, so naturally yoga and Pilates are a huge part of my life, but I also love being a student and developing my own practice. The physical and mental benefits of a regular yoga and Pilates practice are enormous and have had such a positive impact on my life. Yoga and Pilates have helped me through pregnancy, a stressful architectural career, back pain, a divorce and life as a single Mum!
