In this class, we will explore the practice of Hatha Yoga through physical postures (āsana), breathwork (prāṇāyāma), and meditation to create balance in our bodies and minds. We will focus on the mindful movement of our bodies through yoga postures, exploring how the rhythm of our breath can guide us into an embodied experience — bringing peace, relaxation, and preparing us for yoga nidra. In this final stage, we will lie down and be guided into deep rest, basking in the warm hues of candlelight. ****** This class is suitable for all levels and beginners are warmly welcome — blocks will be available to help you explore what feels best for your body. Please bring your own mat if you can; if you need one, just let me know beforehand..

Cancellation policy

We appreciate that schedules can shift and you may sometimes need to cancel a class, which is completed understandable. As class sizes are limited, I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you’re unable to attend, so that we can offer your spot to someone else. Your payment will then be credited towards a future class of your choice. Please note, the class needs to be booked within 6 weeks of the cancelation date. Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
