CBH Wellness Studio is an independent Reformer studio located in the heart of Stubbington Village.
The studio consists of 4 reformer beds which mean our classes are small and intimate meaning the client gets the most out of each class.
As well as group classes we also offer 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 sessions.
