As we gently move towards the end of winter, I’ll be holding an extended yoga session to help us transition into the lighter, brighter days ahead. We’ll begin with a grounding, nourishing yoga flow to shake off the heaviness of the colder months, followed by a guided meditation to reset, reflect and set intentions for the season ahead. This is your space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect. After our practice, we’ll share tea and a relaxed chat — a chance to warm up, connect, and enjoy a little community time together.
