Mandala is a meditative movement practice, that is both playful and dynamic as well as balancing and restorative. It is a seasonal elements inspired practice guiding you to explore all parts of your mat in a 360° movement pattern. A process that brings you very much into the present moment. Not to be taken too seriously as you may end up face to face with your neighbour 😂 Imagine feeling grounded, connected to your body, with a mind focused on where your body needs to be. A playful freedom of movement practice. Teaching us to think outside the box on the mat, so we can take that with us off the mat. You get all this and more from Mandala yoga. Note: Mandala is a challenging practice. Although Mellow Mandala offers more space for rest, a basic understanding of yoga postures and roughly 3 - 6 months of regular practice is recommended.
