January Workshop January is the deepest part of winter. A time of reflection, slowing down & journeying inwards. This season teaches us it's ok to pause, to release the pressure and let go of the shoulds. It's a time to allow ourselves space to simply be. This is at the heart of our monthly Return to Rest Winter Series. It's a space for you to be held, a moment to connect to yourself. A complete nervous system reset, carrying you into the new month rested & rejuvinated. These workshops help to gently move through any stagnant energy with somatic inspired movement practices. Bringing you slowly towards stillness, where a yoga nidra guides you softly into sound, where the sounds free you to be carried to wherever you need to be 💛💫 Sunday 25th Jan 3-5pm £20pp @theyogaspace_halsall 🌿 Sound is not suitable if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or plates.
