Whether you’re struggling with sleep, anxiety, brain fog, low mood, hot flushes, or simply feeling “not yourself,” this is a space where you can speak openly, be heard, and feel understood. There’s no pressure, judgment, or expectation - just honest conversations, encouragement, and community.
