Strength & Fitness for Every Body A welcoming, music-free fitness class designed to build strength, stamina, and confidence for daily movement without the pressure of keeping up. Each session combines bodyweight and functional movements to help you feel stronger in everyday life, improve your fitness, and boost your energy. There’s no choreography, no complicated routines, and no expectation to “keep in time” — just simple, effective exercises you can do at your own pace. Perfect if you want to: Get fitter and stronger in a supportive environment Improve posture, mobility, and everyday strength Exercise without feeling out of place in a high-energy studio class What to bring: water, comfortable clothes, and a mat if you prefer. Who it’s for: suitable for adults of all fitness levels. Options and progressions are provided for every exercise.
