This class is for men over 40 and its all about getting strong for the real world. We use sandbags, kettlebells, battle ropes, sledgehammers and a bunch of other stuff that will boost your grip strength, core strength and overall ability. You don't need experience and you won't need expensive trainers and lycra - wear what you're comfortable in. This is a friendly and relaxed training environment and you're not too old for it!
