STRONG Nation® is a form of HIIT training (high intensity interval training) that combines body weight martial arts inspired muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric moves synced to music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. You will feel totally bad ass after this class! It's a really great workout, and full body. I'll demonstrate the base level of each exercise in class and over time we can move on to more advanced versions if you feel ready - or stay at the base level! This is a full body workout and amazing for conditioning!!! Most of the class is body weight only, with a quadrant at the end using light weights (trust me, light weights are enough!). The class comprises of 30 minutes of high intensity training, followed by 15 minutes of stretching and flexibility. You'll be amazed at what a fantastic workout this is in a short amount of time. If you need to cancel please give as much notice as possible so someone else can take your place. If cancelling within 24 hours of the class you can transfer to an alternative class in the future. No monetary refunds within 24 hours of class.
