Circuit training is a method of fitness training that targets the whole body and cardiovascular fitness. There are a variety of exercises in each class that you circuit through - ranging from body weight, free weights, and cardiovascular fitness. Guided by a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer who ensures you can perform the exercises safely and modify them for you where necessary - making them easier/harder/safer. Class sizes are kept small to ensure you get the best work out and care from the instructor.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel please give as much notice as possible so someone else can take your place. If cancelling within 24 hours of the class you can transfer to an alternative class in the future. No monetary refunds within 24 hours of class.
