Feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Needing some me time? Feeling disconnected? Through yoga, a sound bath and meditation, you will be invited to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect to your body. When we dial the noise down, our ability to listen to our bodies is so much stronger and we realise what we need. An opportunity to reset at this time of year, that so many of us are yearning for. Nestled in the South Downs, The Truleigh Centre will be our home for a few hours as we embark on this time together. Fran will provide some nourishing hot drinks and healthy homemade snacks. There will be heated eye masks to help you drop into even deeper states of rest during our sound bath. No prior experience necessary, come as you are. Please let Fran know if you; -are in the first trimester of pregnancy -have a pacemaker or any heart conditions -have epilepsy
Cancellation policy
If you cancel within a week of the event taking place, Fran will not be able to refund you. If you are cancelling outside of this window, please email Fran (flowwithfranbrighton@gmail.com) and she will arrange a refund for you, less the transaction fee.
