Join us for a restorative workshop designed to ease tension, support natural radiance, and encourage deep relaxation. Set within the calming atmosphere of the salt spa, this session combines Face Yoga, gentle massage, lymphatic drainage, breathwork, and mindful stretching to support both face and body. During the workshop, you will learn soothing self-massage techniques, gentle stretches for the neck, shoulders, and jaw, and Face Yoga exercises designed to stimulate and strengthen the facial muscles naturally. We will also explore gentle lymphatic drainage techniques to encourage circulation, reduce puffiness, and support the body’s natural detoxification processes. Cancellation policy
Due to the smaller number of people we reserve for spaces in the salt room, session bookings have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please give more than 24 hours notice and you will not be charged.
