Designed as a gentle, restorative morning, this experience allows you to step out of the usual pace of life and into something quieter, without needing to commit to a full day. We begin with an immersive sound bath, settling under blankets as the vibrations of the bowls help guide the body into a deeply relaxed state. Starting here allows the nervous system to slow down from the outset, creating space for a more meaningful sense of rest. From there, you’ll be guided through a restorative yoga session. This is a slow, supported practice designed to release tension and ease the body back into movement, suitable for all levels and experience. We’ll then gather for light, locally sourced refreshments, giving you time to gently reawaken, chat if you’d like, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of The Barn. There’s no pressure, no expectation, and everything is carefully guided. Some guests come alone, others with a friend, but everyone is given the space to simply be. It’s a chance to slow things down properly, even if only for a few hours, and head into the rest of your weekend feeling calmer, clearer and more settled.
