This is an intimate, fully hosted, small group experience combining wild sauna and hot tub, a seasonal shared table and a deeply restorative cacao and sound bath. 🌿 Itinerary Arrive at The Barn at 1.00pm and settle in before we travel together to the nearby @thewildsauna . Surrounded by nature, you will have time to warm, soak and unwind in the elements, complete with foraged teas and the chance to take a dip in the river before returning to The Barn at 2.45pm. At 3.00pm we gather around the table for a seasonal late lunch featuring locally sourced ingredients, including buffalo blue cheese from our neighbouring herd. Expect generous platters, simple flavours and unhurried conversation. At 4.00pm we move into cacao and sound courtesy of @fiona.reiki.heals . A warming cup of ceremonial cacao is followed by a deeply immersive sound bath, designed to settle your system and leave you feeling restored. We finish between 5.00 and 5.30pm, leaving you grounded, nourished and steady. This is a small-group experience, limited to eight guests.
