The Restorative Reset offers a carefully structured blend of movement, therapeutic treatment and guided regulation, giving your body and mind the time they rarely receive in daily life. You are guided gently from one session to the next, with space built in to rest, eat well and properly switch off. WHAT YOUR DAY INCLUDES 🌿 A 60–90 minute restorative group yoga session Designed to release physical tension 🌿 Light refreshments 🌿 Your choice of a personalised 1:1 session Choose either: • A 45-minute treatment (massage, reflexology, Reiki or facial), delivered with a focus on deep rest and physical release or • A 60-minute coaching session focused on chronic pain, nervous system regulation, anxiety or overwhelm.
