Movement can be one of the most powerful yet misunderstood tools for Fibromyalgia management. In this retreat, we’ll gently re-introduce the body to motion in a safe, nurturing way — focused on mobility, circulation, and nervous-system regulation rather than “exercise.” You’ll experience slow, mindful stretching, breath-led mobility, and simple somatic movements that can easily be repeated at home. We’ll discuss how to listen to your body’s cues, avoid flare-ups, and rebuild confidence in your ability to move without fear of pain. 🪶 A calm, restorative session that helps reconnect you with your body and re-establish trust in your own movement.
