Welcome to The Strength Project – a friendly, empowering strength training class designed especially for women aged 30 and above. Whether you're completely new to weights or looking to build confidence in your technique, this session is for you. Each week, we’ll guide you through a structured workout using dumbbells and bodyweight exercises to help you get stronger, feel more energised, and build confidence in the gym or at home. Expect a welcoming, down-to-earth environment with clear coaching, great music, and plenty of encouragement. Want to bring a friend, family member or your teenage daughter along? The Strength Project is all about making fitness fun and accessible for women of all ages – 13 and up!
