Join us for an energizing 45 minute Mat Pilates class, followed by a Paint your own Ceramics workshop, hosted by F&L Events Studio. £20 per person, includes Pilates session, tea, coffee and refreshments. Ceramics are purchased separately on the day. Item prices range from £5 to £30. Please bring a Yoga/Pilates mat. All other equipment provided.
