Step into an evening of total calm and restoration. We’ll begin with one hour of yin yoga - a slow, gentle practice of mostly seated and lying-down postures. Using bolsters, blocks, and blankets for support, you’ll hold each pose for a few minutes, allowing tension to melt away and the body to soften. Next, make yourself cosy in a nest of blankets and bolsters, and immerse yourself in a one-hour sound bath with Sonia. Vibrations from singing bowls, gongs, and other soothing instruments gently wash over you, helping the nervous system to deeply relax and the mind to quiet. This combined practice leaves you feeling balanced, grounded, and replenished. No previous experience is needed – just bring an open mind, a yoga mat, and a willingness to surrender to the experience.
Cancellation policy
Events/workshops/retreat days are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may be able to send someone in your place, but please check with us first - email eva@bewellstudio.co.uk
