Yin yoga invites stillness, patience and deep listening. All of the poses are seated or lying down, and we use plenty of props for support. Each posture is held for a few minutes, allowing time to settle into the body and gently let go. Yin works with our calmer, softer, more grounded side — offering a counterbalance to the often frenetic, yang energy of day-to-day life. The studio will be warm and cosy, the lighting low, and we’ll finish the evening with a herbal tea and time to chat. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
Cancellation policy
Events/workshops/retreat days are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, you may be able to send someone in your place, but please check with us first - email eva@bewellstudio.co.uk
