POLE TASTER

About

Get fit the fun way and learn the fundamentals of pole fitness in this fun filled, light-hearted pole taster session!!! No matter age, shape, size, ability or experience this class is for everyone! Learn how to effectively engage the core and upper body muscles to allow for beautifully controlled spins and transitions around the pole as well as learning cool and impressive beginner level 'on pole' shapes. Improve strength, balance & coordination whilst gaining a full body workout and learning some awesome tricks along the way! WHAT TO WEAR We’d suggest anything you feel comfortable doing a workout in, loose clothing such as joggers or leggings and a t-shirt is appropriate. We also ask that you bring a pair of shorts with you. Wearing shorts allows you to use the skin on your legs to grip onto the pole. Don’t worry if you don’t have shorts with you for this session as we can work around this. We generally train in bare feet as this allows easier movement around the pole (as well as allowing for additional skin grip). It is advised that you do not moisturise up to 12 hours prior to attending class as this effects skin grip. Please also bring a bottle of water.
