Take a pause from the pace of life and drop into stillness with this extended Sunday Reset—a 3-hour space to properly unwind, soften, and ease back into your body. We begin with a gentle, supported Yin practice, giving you time to slow down, release tension, and settle into the space. There’s plenty of time to breathe, stretch, and let your body land. From there, the morning gradually softens into rest. You’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state, with space to simply lie back and switch off, before being read into a calming sleep story. We’ll close with tea, cake, and time to sit, chat, or just be...leaving you feeling calmer, clearer, and more at ease as you head into your week.
