Stretch & Sleep is a 90-minute Calm Yoga session designed to help you release body tension and head into the weekend feeling calm, settled, and ready for deep sleep. We’ll begin with slow, supported stretches for hips, back body, shoulders and chest, then finish with a guided sleep story while you rest under blankets.
